Suspect sought in Sunday night Salisbury stabbing incident

Police in Salisbury are looking for suspect, who is considered armed and dangerous, in connection with a weekend stabbing incident.
Salisbury Police say on Sunday evening, Officers responded to reports of a stabbing on E. Locust Street. Once on scene, Police say they found that the suspect and a 45-year-old man had been arguing, which then turned physical, resulting in the suspect stabbing the 45-year-old man once in the throat.
The suspect apparently fled the scene before Officers arrived. The victim was rushed to Peninsula Regional Medical Center, where he is apparently being treated for serious, but not life threatening injuries.
Police say during the investigation, they identified the suspect as 51-year-old Orlando Tilghman, of Salisbury. There is now an arrest warrant for his arrest for attempted first and second degree murder, assault first and second degree, possession of a dangerous weapon, and reckless endangerment. Police say Tilghman is considered armed and dangerous.
