Parsonsburg holds annual oyster roast

Parsonsburg Volunteer Fire Company held their annual oyster roast Saturday. 

The roast has been tradition since 1978 says volunteer firefighter John Agnew. 

Agnew says roast helps raise money to support the fire company and also provides a opportunity for the fire company to give back to the community. 

Tickets were $35 and gave patrons a pass for all you can eat steamed oysters, oyster fritters, barbecue chicken and more.
