Milford woman charged after reportedly giving fake name to police

A Milford woman is facing charges, after Police say she gave them a fake name.
Harrington Police say 20-year-old Trinity West, arrived at the Harrington Police Department, to get a tow slip for a vehicle that had been towed by the department. While completing the paperwork, Police say they asked West for her name, but she gave a false name, and date of birth.
According to the report, West was asked several times for her personal information, and each time, gave a different answer, causing the Officers to become suspicious.
Police say they were then able to find West’s identification, and found that she was wanted on several outstanding capias out of Justice of the Peace Court 4, Sussex County Court of Common Pleas and Sussex County Superior Court.
After being taken into custody, processed, and given a criminal summons for Criminal Impersonation. She was then turned over to Capital Police at the the Kent County Court Of Common Pleas for arraignment on the capias.
