Jan. 5 – Pathways To Success

Pathways to Success (PTS) was formed as a non-profit in 2006.

PTS partnered with Sussex Tech in 2008, to provide a comprehensive after-school mentoring program for 30 at-risk students. In 2012, Pathways was invited to partner with Cape Henlopen High School and is now providing a comprehensive program there as well. 100% of the youth served by PTS are at risk of dropping out of school; 98% ofthe students who entered the program as 9th graders in 2008 have graduated andare currently in college, working, or serving in the military.

All of the Pathways to Success youth (100%)that entered the program in the 9th grade graduated in 2015 and are attending college in the Fall of 2015.
