Information sought in Dover McDonald’s shooting investigation

Police in Dover say they are investigating a shooting at a local fast food restaurant.

Dover Police say around 1:40 PM on Friday, Officers responded to the McDonald’s on North DuPont Highway. According to the report, several people were involved in an altercation outside of the restaurant, when one of them fired multiple shots.

Police say several rounds hit the outside of the building, but no injuries were reported. All of the people involved apparently fled, before Police arrived. The investigation is on-going.
