House fire in Easton under investigation
The Easton Police Department say, they were called to a house fire on North Harrison Street at about 3:30 PM on Tuesday.
According to reports, when officials arrived they discovered flames coming from the front door of the home. That’s when authorities evacuated the residence and adjoining buildings. Easton Fire Department then reportedly put out the fire.
The State fire Marshall is investigating the cause of the fire and at this time it is unknown what caused the fire and the amount of financial damage.
