DOC search for wanted Dover inmate

Authorities in Dover are searching for an inmate, who apparently failed to return from an authorized pass.
The Delaware Department of Correction says they are looking for 18-year-old Isaiah Harber, after he left the Morris Community Corrections Center, on an approved pass, but didn’t return. He was last seen on January 3, according to authorities. There is now apparently an escape warrant out for his arrest.
Harber is described by investigators as a 6′ tall black man, weighing 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. His last known address is apparently in the Dover area. Harber is serving a six month sentence for a violation of probation on a burglary conviction.
Officials say Level 4 facilities are for offenders who are transitioning back into the community, and are not secured like level 5 prisons. Offenders are allowed to leave the building for work, to look for a job, or attend approved treatment sessions.
Anyone with information about Harber’s whereabouts is asked to contact 1-800-542-9524, or a local Police Department.
