Cambridge gets road win against North Caroline

The Cambridge boys basketball team hit the road Thursday night as they topped North Caroline in a tough battle that could have gone either way at the end. After a back and forth battle in the 4th quarter, Cambridge eventually pulled away and won 61-53. Cambridge improves to 8-2 overall while North Caroline falls to 4-9. 

Cambridge was led by Dre Greene with 18 points, while North Caroline’s David Bailey also put up 18 for the Bulldogs. The 4th quarter was the most scored for both teams with 30 points for Cambridge and 27 for North Caroline. 

North Caroline is back to work Monday in a home game vs Kent County, while Cambridge plays on Tuesday at home vs North Dorchester High School.
