Adult and 2 teens charged after Dover traffic stop

Two teens, and an adult were arrested during a traffic stop in Dover on Thursday, after Police say they found two handguns and drugs in the vehicle.
Dover Police say their Street Crimes Unit, along with Delaware Probation and Parole, stopped the vehicle on Greenhill Avenue, near White Oak Road, around 8:05 PM. During the stop, Officers say they found a loaded 9mm handgun, a .22 caliber revolver, and .22 caliber ammunition concealed inside the vehicle, along with 17 Oxycodone pills.
Police arrested a 24-year-old Gabriella Rivera, along with a 15-year-old boy, and a 16-year-old boy. Rivera was charged with two counts of carry concealed deadly weapon, conspiracy second degree, and possession of a controlled substance.
The two teens were charged with four counts of possession of a firearm/ammo by person prohibited, two counts of carry concealed deadly weapon, conspiracy second degree, possession of a controlled substance and violation of probation. The 16-year-old was additionally charged with criminal impersonation, forgery second degree, and traffic violations.
Both teens are being held at Stevenson House on secured bond, while Rivera was released on unsecured bond.
