UPDATE: Second teen arrested for Harrington shooting

Police in Harrington say they have made a second arrest in a November shooting investigation.
Harrington Police say on Thursday they received a tip that a 15-year-old Greenwood teen, who was wanted in connection to a November 28 shooting, was at a home on Milby Street. Officers say they responded to the residence, and took the teen into custody.
The juvenile was wanted on charges related to a shooting that happened on Grant Street, after two teens were asked to leave a party. The two then reportedly fired a handgun while walking on Grant Street, but there were no injuries or property damage found.
After his arrest on Thursday, the teen was charged with conspiracy second degree, disorderly conduct, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, and two counts of reckless endangering first degree stemming from the incident in Harrington. He was also apparently wanted by the Delaware State Police, for an unrelated incident.
The teen was then held at the Stevenson Juvenile Detention Center on a $83,100 cash only bail for both agencies.
