UPDATE: Saturday NASA rocket launch postponed

A local NASA base has rescheduled their latest launch, due to a last minute issue with the payload.
NASA says their Terrier-Improved Malemute suborbital sounding rocket launch from NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility has been postponed to no earlier than January 2016. The rocket is carrying the Multiple User Suborbital Instrument Carrier.
The launch was initially scheduled for December 4, but was pushed back due to unsafe seas, and was rescheduled for Saturday, December 12. Officials say on Thursday morning, the launch rail the team found an issue with the payload.
In order to properly deal with the issue, the rocket must come off the rail. The launch has been postponed while the payload team investigates the issue, and will reportedly be rescheduled when they know more.
