UPDATE: NASA rocket launch rescheduled for December 12

A sounding rocket launch that was postponed on Thursday, has been rescheduled.
NASA says the launch of Terrier-Improved Malemute suborbital sounding rocket carrying the Multiple User Suborbital Instrument Carrier is scheduled for launch from their Wallops Flight Facility between 9:30 and 11:30 AM, on Saturday, December 12.
The backup launch days are Dec. 13, 19, 20, 20, 21 and 22. Friday’s launch was scrubbed on Thursday, after officials determined the sea state was not safe for the boat and crew set to recover the payload.
NASA had originally rescheduled the launch for December 7, but then rescheduled again, for Saturday, December 12, because of other non-NASA activity in the area on the Atlantic Ocean required for the launch to be conducted.
