Two suspects wanted in robbery

Police are looking for two suspects for allegedly assaulting a store owner during an attempted robbery.

It happened around 6 p.m. Friday.

Police say the store owner was exiting the Kings Market, when he was approached by two men.  One of the two suspects reportedly struck him in the head with an unknown type handgun, which knocked him to the ground. 

We’re told the store owner was reportedly hit in the face before the suspects demanded money. He was dragged him into the shop shortly after according to police, but they apparently fled the scene once they saw the owner’s son approaching from inside.

Police describe the two suspects as black males, 5’07”-5’09” tall, wearing masks over their faces. One of the suspects was reportedly armed with an unknown type handgun.
