Suspect sought in Millsboro liquor store armed robbery

Police are looking to identify the suspect in the robbery of a Millsboro liquor store.

Delaware State Police say it all happened around 6:30 PM on Tuesday, when a masked man walked into the Gumboro Liquor Store, on Millsboro Highway, and confronted a 23-year-old and a 29-year-old employee at the counter. Police say the suspect was armed with a handgun, and demanded money from the register. According to the report, the clerks then handed over an undisclosed amount of cash, before the suspect fled. The employees were reportedly uninjured in the incident.

Police describe the suspect as a man standing between 5’10” and 6′ tall, weighing between 190-200 pounds, last seen wearing a skeleton face mask, a blue hooded Penn State sweatshirt under a camouflage jacket, with blue jeans, and brown boots, all while armed with an unknown type handgun.
