Pocomoke Girls Basketball Gets Off To A Strong Start
The Pocomoke girls basketball team finished off their 2014-2015 season with dominance, but this year they are back for even more and they definitely have the talent to do it.
On Friday night, the Warriors opened up season play against North Caroline and within thirty seconds of the game – Pocomoke had a 6-0 lead. Throughout the first half, Dynaisha Christian picked up right where she left off last season and looked even better on the court.
The Warriors took a commanding 42-7 lead at halftime and only continued to put in the work from there as Pocomoke got the win, 57-19.
Christian finished out the game with 19 points and the most impressive part about that was she only played in the first half of the game.
