One wanted, juvenile arrested following Laurel attempted robbery

Police in Laurel say they are still looking for Quandre Winder, 18, of Salisbury, Md., after he and a juvenile male reportedly attempted to rob a 22-year-old male who was walking home on November 26, 2015.
According to police, the victim says a juvenile suspect that was with Winder held a gun to his head, while Winder jumped and assaulted him.
Police say the victim defended himself with a pocket knife he was carrying, and apparently stabbed the juvenile suspect.
The victim says he was able to defend himself with a pocket knife he was carrying and stabbed the juvenile. After that, police say the two suspects fled.
Laurel PD say the juvenile was found later that evening hiding in the Hollybrook Apartment Complex with a severe laceration to his left arm. Police say the juvenile gave them the wrong name at first, but when his mother arrived at the hospital his real name was obtained.
The juvenile was arrested and charged with Robbery 1st Degree with a Weapon, Assault 3rd Degree, Possession of a Firearm during the Commission of a Felony, Providing a False Statement to Law Enforcement Officers with Intent to Delay or Hinder Felony Investigation, and Criminal Impersonation. He has since reportedly been committed to Stevenson House in Milford, Del., in default of a $61,750.00 secured bond.
Members of the Laurel Police Department say they now have active warrants for Winder and are asking the assistance of the general public in locating him. Winder is described as a black male, 18 years old, approximately 5’3″ and about 140 lbs, and should be considered armed and dangerous.
