One teen arrested, one sought for Harrington shooting incident

Police in Harrington say they have arrested a 16-year-old and are looking for another, in connection to a shooting that happened in late November.
Harrington Police say around 10:00 PM on November 28, Officers on patrol responded to reports of shots fired on Grant Street. Police say during their investigation, they learned that two people arrived at a home on Grant Street, for a party, but were asked to leave by the homeowner, as they weren’t invited.
The two apparently left, and started walking towards West Street, when they reportedly fired 3-4 as they continued to run. Police say when the shots were fired, there were residents standing in their yards, and they weren’t sure if the teens were firing at a person or property.
Officers say they checked the area, and didn’t find an damages or anyone injured, so they believe the shots were fired into the air. During the investigation, Police say the identified one of the suspects as two Greenwood boys, one 16 and one 15. Police say they got warrants for both for reckless endangering in the first degree, possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, conspiracy second degree, and disorderly conduct.
On Tuesday, Troopers with the Delaware State Police reportedly arrested the 16-year-old at his home. After being charged, he was ordered to be held at Stevenson Juvenile Detention Center on a $13,500 secured bond.
