Man gets arrested twice in three hours

Dover Police arrested the same man twice in a three hour span. On December 18th, police responded to a call of a man breaking into cars in the Bayhealth Kent General Hospital parking lot. Security officials made contact with Graden – who ran on foot. He was found hiding in bushes shortly after and taken into custody.
The investigation revealed that Graden’s backpack, including wallet and license, were left in one of the criminalized vehicles. Police charged Graden with criminal mischief and trespassing. He was then arraigned and released from the Dover Police station.
Shortly after, Graden was seen ransacking a vehicle parked right in front of the police station he was just detained in. An employee saw Graden in the act, contacted officers, who then caught Graden after a short foot chase.
While investigating the second incident, officers found that Graden destroyed the glove compartment, damaged the lock to the center console, and clawed insulation from the back seat.
Graden was arrested – again – this time for theft under $1500 for a bracelet he threw while being chased. He was also charged with disorderly conduct and for the second time that day criminal mischief and trespassing.
