Gold Alert cancelled for missing Long Neck man

Delaware State Police have cancelled a Gold Alert issued for 77-year-old Robert “Bruce” Smith, of Long Neck.

Smith has reportedly been located, and is in good condition.

He had last been seen Wednesday around 12:15 PM, at his home on Jib Street, Pot Nets East, according to Police.

Troopers say, at that time, they were unable to make contact with him to check on his welfare, causing a concern for his safety.
