Fatal fire under investigation in Kent County, Md.

Maryland State Fire Marshals and Police are currently investigating, an overnight fire in Rock Hall that reportedly took the life of one victim.
Investigators say, local fire departments were called to Catholic Avenue around 9:45 PM on Thursday, for reports of a house fire. Upon arrival, firefighters reportedly discovered heavy fire throughout the entire two story home. According to officials, it took over 40 firefighters to extinguished the fire within a hour. On a search of inside of the home authorities say, a single person had been found and apparently died due to the flames.
The origin and cause of the fire remains under investigation.
The victim was reportedly taken to the Chief Medical Examiner for an autopsy to identify the victim, and determine the cause of death.
