Harry Roop has been a long time business owner and Realtor in the Salisbury, MD area for over 40 years.

Harry and his son Adam Roop own The Roop Group Property Management and EXIT Shore Realty companies in Salisbury, MD. In 2009 Harry was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease (PD). Parkinson’s In short, is a disease that effects a person’s brain and slowly stops producing a neurotransmitter called dopamine. With less and less dopamine, a person has less and less ability to regulate their movements, body and emotions. Parkinson’s disease itself is not fatal. However, complications from the disease are serious.

The Center for Disease Control rated complications from PD as the 14th top cause of death in the United States. Harry Roop is the type of person that gives more than he receives. And by purchasing tickets to in his Corvette, to help and donate to his cause and support our local Lower Shore Parkinson’s Support Group, Inc. (a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable organization), in Salisbury MD.
