Cambridge man charged after allegedly confronting juvenile with knife

A Cambridge man is facing charged, after Police say he held a knife to a child. The Cambridge Police Department says Officers responded to Ruddy Duck Court, for reports of a disturbance at a home on Tuesday.
Once on scene, Police say the found that 26-year-old Tayon Chester, had been angry with a family member, and grabbed a kitchen knife. According to the report, Chester then held the knife to the side of a juvenile’s head.
Police say they arrested Chester, and charged him with assault first and second degree, dangerous weapon with intent to injure, and reckless endangerment. He is currently being held at the Dorchester County Detention Center on a temporary commitment.
