Cambridge man accused of stealing from employer for 6 months

A Cambridge man is facing charges, after Police say he stole from his employer, for six months.

Easton Police say on December 23, Detectives arrested 28-year-old James Favors, on several counts of theft. According to the report, Favors was employed by a local business, in Easton, as a facilities serviceman.

During his time there, Officials say money was found to be missing from several areas of the business. They were apparently able to link Favors to the thefts. Investigators say the thefts started in June 2015 and went through the day of Favors’ arrest.

After his arrest, he was charged with several counts of theft less than $100, and theft less than $1,000. He was later released on his own recognizance.
