Update: murdered man killed in Baltimore, body moved to Eden

Court documents obtained by 47 ABC state that twenty-two year-old Damon Jennings was stabbed in Baltimore County and his body was later moved to the location where it was found in Eden, Md.
Jennings’ body was discovered on the side of Backbone Road on Thursday October, 29th.
Jennings was last seen October 15th. The court documents say his body was moved on October 25th and dumped on a roadside in Eden.
Those documents also show that the three people arrested last week in the case, were in fact the friends Jennings was hanging out with the night he went missing.
State police have arrested and charged twenty-two year- old Elijah Carroll with first degree murder.
Twenty- two year- old Kevin Nixon and twenty- one year- old Jazzmine Morton have been arrested and charged with an accessory after the fact of murder.
In the court documents, Nixon stated that on the night of October 15th into October 16th, Jennings, Carroll, and Morton were riding in his car with him.
He noted that Carroll asked him to stop his car near the area of Warren Road and Poplar Hill Road in Baltimore County, Md. Nixon said Carroll got out of his car and began walking around the back of the car for several minutes, then Jennings got out of the car and made contact with Carroll.
According to court documents, Nixon heard Jennings yell and then saw Carroll stab him in the chest, neck, and head. Apparently, Carroll asked Nixon to help him move Jennings’ body to a nearby wooded area in Baltimore County. On Sunday, Nixon and Morton returned to get the body and disposed of the body in Somerset County.
A search at Morton’s home revealed a muddy pair of shoes and a bloody towel. Police also searched Carroll’s home and found a muddy hat in his bedroom consistent with what Jennings was wearing the last night he was seen. A wire transfer with the name and address of Nixon was also found next to Jennings body in Somerset County.
Nixon is being held at the Somerset County Detention Center, while Morton and Carroll are being held in Baltimore County.
Police believe all three suspects worked with Jennings in an event promotion business.
