UPDATE: Gold Alert for missing Rehoboth Beach man cancelled

Authorities have cancelled a Gold Alert for a missing Sussex County man.

Delaware State Police say 78-year-old William Brown has been located, and is in good condition.

According to State Police, Brown had last been seen around 11:00 PM Wednesday night, at his house on Scenic Drive in Rehoboth Beach.

Police say they weren’t able to contact with him to check on his welfare, and which caused concern for his safety.
