UPDATE: DSP cancel Gold Alert for missing Dover man

UPDATE: Police say Ralph Clark has been located unharmed.

Members of the Delaware State Police say they have issued a Gold Alert for Ralph Clark, 49, of Dover. Police say Clark was last seen walking near the Leipsic Fire Company Tuesday at approximately 4:00 P.M.

Authorities describe Clark as a white male, 6’01” tall, 165 lbs., with blonde hair and blue eyes. Troopers say there is no photo available at this time.

According to police, attempts to make contact with Clark to check on his welfare have been unsuccessful, and there is a real concern for his safety and welfare.  Authorities believe that Ralph Clark may be in the Dover area.
