UPDATE: Delmar teen arrested for strong armed robbery

A second arrest has been made following a strong armed robbery that happened in a parking lot in Delmar, on Thursday.

The Delmar Police Department says during their investigation into Thursday’s strong armed robbery at a parking lot on Ocean Highway, they arrested 22-year-old Zachary Kinhart, of Fruitland.

On Tuesday, further investigation reported led to the arrest of 18-year-old Hunter Allen, of Delmar, Maryland. Allen was then charged with robbery, assault second degree, theft less than $1,000, and conspiracy-robbery. He is currently behind bars at the Wicomico County Detention Center.

On Friday, Kinhart was charged with robbery, assault second degree, theft less than $1,000, conspiracy-robbery, conspriacy-assault second degree, and conspiracy-theft less than $1,000.
