Two arrested on drug and weapons charges in Dover

Two Dover residents are behind bars, after Police say they found him with heroin packaged for sale.
Dover Police say on Monday afternoon, Officers from the Drugs, Vice, and Organized Crime and Street Crimes Units spoke with 21-year-old Keith Stevens, and 26-year-old Cierra Brummell in a vehicle on South New Street. During the investigation, Police say they found a .38 caliber handgun and 27 bags of heroin packaged for sale.
Both Brummell and Stevens were arrested, and charged with possession of firearm by person prohibited, possession of ammunition by person prohibited, possession with intent to deliver heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia, and conspiracy 2nd degree.
They are each apparently being held at James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on bond.
