Parkside Tops Washington To Finish Season

The Parkside football team finished out their 2015 season with a 46-6 road win at Washington. The win improves the the Rams to 6-4, while the loss drops the Jaguars to 1-9.

The Jaguars would come out playing inspired ball in their final game of the year. The defense would slow the Rams on their first couple possessions. Then late in the first quarter, Washington would take the lead after Julius White dropped back to pass and found Tyler Paulson for the short score. Parkside would come right back though. Luke Pitsenbarger would drive his team down the field, then Trajon Branch would bust loose for a 38 yard touchdown run up the left sideline. The Jaguars would look to respond, but fumble the snap and the Rams would recover. That would lead to a touchdown run by Dajour Church, and Parkside never looked back from there as they rolled to the win.
