Milford Police looking for wanted sex offender

Police in Milford say they are searching for a wanted sex offender.

Milford Police say they are asking for the public’s help in locating 40-year-old Joseph Smith Jr., a wanted tier 3 registered sex offender. Officials say Smith has failed to re-register as a sex offender, with authorities.

He is described by Police as a white male, standing 5’9″, weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair, and brown eyes. According to the report, Smith is known to frequent the Milford, Lincoln, Ellendale, Delmar and Salisbury, Maryland areas.
