Milford man arrested on riot charges

A Milford man is facing riot charges, after an incident at a local organization.
Milford Police say on November 8, they responded to the Boys & Girls Club facility just after midnight for reports of a large fight. Police say once on scene, they found that 20-year-old Taevon Potts, along with several other suspects had physically attacked a 39-year-old man.
The group apparently started punching the victim, but then Potts started punching and breaking the glass out of the vending machines. The victim reportedly suffered minor injuries to his face.
On Tuesday, Milford Police arrested Potts, and charge him with riot, assault 3rd degree, and criminal mischief under $1,000. He was later arraigned, and released on a $3,500 bond.
