Magic 98.9 turkey giveaway

On Tuesday morning, 98 turkey were given  away  in Salisbury. It was ninety-eight turkeys  because it was crews from Magic 98.9 giving them out.

Dozens of cars lined up around Perdue Stadium to pick up their birds. This was made  possible by Magic 98.9 and the Steve and Marjorie Harvey Foundation. This is the 10th year the foundation has sponsored the giveaway at stations all across the country.

Victoria Kent the Promotions Director at  Magic 98.9 says, “For some families this does make a huge difference between having thanksgiving and having a lot less on the table this year.”
