Laurel Finishes 2015 With A Win

The Laurel Bulldogs took the field in 2015 with high expectations, and despite a rather tough season, the boys in red closed out their season with a win over Seaford.

The Blue Jays started off the year with a new head coach and looked to turn things around on the field, but what all the players knew is this, it would be a process. Without a win, it would be tough to put on your pads each and every day to take the field, but that is exactly what Seaford did week in and week out.

The Bulldogs got things started early on and took the lead – and they wouldn’t let go of the lead. Throughout the first quarter, the Bulldogs posted 21 points and shut out the Seaford offense. The Blue Jays continued to fight throughout the game, but Laurel was too much to handle as they got the win, 70-0.
