Kevin Nixon indicted in Somerset County

One of the three people arrested in connection with the murder of 22-year-old Damon Jennings, whose body was found along a Somerset County roadside, has been indicted.
22-year old Kevin Nixon appeared in court Monday morning for a preliminary hearing, but the charge he was facing was dismissed because he’s now officially indicted.
According to police reports, Nixon was with Jennings and two of their friends, Jazzmine Morton and Elijah Carroll, the night of October 15th in Baltimore. All of them were reportedly in Nixon’s car.
Carroll allegedly stabbed Jennings to death after a verbal altercation. The three friends reportedly left Jennings body in the woods.
Ten days later, Nixon and Morton reportedly came back to get it and disposed of the body in Somerset County.
Nixon is facing one charge each of first and second degree accessory after the fact of murder. He has a criminal jury trial scheduled for February twenty-ninth.
