Eastern shore dog show fetches good numbers

The 60th Eastern Shore Classic dog show wrapped up Sunday in Salisbury, Md. at the Wicomico County Convention Center.
Organizers say this year was one of the more successful ones in recent years, with over 1,000 dogs coming to the show each of the five days the event was held.
Saturday was the most successful day, as over 1,200 dogs participated in the show.
Event officials say that they believe over 30,000 people either took part in the show or watched it.
Although numbers are not in yet, officials say with the influx of people, the economic impact made on the county should be significant.
