DSP searching for wanted Millsboro man

State Police are looking for a Millsboro man, on burglary and theft charges.

Delaware State Police say they are trying to locate 24-year-old Richard Geiselman, on charges including burglary, theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and selling stolen property.

The charges reportedly stem from two incidents, one that happened on September 19 incident, where Police say Geiselman didn’t return his ex-girlfriend’s car, and pawned some of her jewelry. Troopers reportedly later found the vehicle at Massey’s Landing in Long Neck with considerable front end damage.

The second incident, according to Police, happened on October 10, where Geiselman damaged a fence at Harry Caswell’s Boat and RV Storage on Long Neck Road, where he then broke into an RV that was being stored there, and stole electronics before fleeing.

Police say Geiselman may be driving a 1994 gold Chrysler Concord with Delaware registration 905870, similar to the one pictured above.

Anyone who may have information on Geiselman’s whereabouts is asked to contact the Troop 4 Property Crimes Unit at 302-752-3803, or Delaware Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIP-3333. Tips can also be sent through the Tip Submit website, or via text to 274637 (CRIMES) using the keyword “DSP.”
