DSP issue Gold Alert for missing Magnolia woman

Members of the Delaware State Police say they have issued a Gold Alert for Jessica Cooper, 21, of Magnolia, Del.

Troopers say Cooper was last seen around 1:00 p.m., Tuesday at her home.

Troopers describe Jessica as 5’03” tall, 120 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. 

According to a press release, Troopers say they have been unable to make contact with Jessica to check on her welfare, and there is a real concern for her safety and welfare. 

Police believe she may be operating a silver 2005 Mazda Tribute with Delaware registration.
