Deleting Facebook could lead to liking your life more

Logging out for good from your Facebook may make you happier in a long run according to a new study done in Denmark.
The Happiness Research Institute did a study with over a thousand people split in to two groups, with one group staying off of Facebook for a week.
The findings, people without Facebook were happier, had better concentration and were less stressed.
Researchers also found that people suffer from “Facebook Envy”.
They say people see all the positive things other people are doing on Facebook and feel their life is not as good.
Creating a situation where instead of focusing on what we actually need, we focus on what others have.
