Chester man charged with PCP possession during Halloween traffic stop

A Chester man has been charged, after Police say they found PCP on him on Halloween, during a traffic stop.
The Cambridge Police Department says on Saturday, Officers stopped a vehicle at the intersection of Travers Street and Willis Street, for a traffic violation.
During the stop, Offices say they noticed that the driver, 52-year-old Timothy W. Hildebrand, seemed to be under the influence of narcotics. Police say they then found several viles of Phencyclidine, also known and commonly referred to as “PCP,” with Hildebrand.
He was then arrested, and charged with possession of PCP, possession of paraphernalia, driving while being under the influence of narcotics, and other related traffic charges. Hildebrand is now being held at the Dorchester County Detention Center on a $18,000 bond.
