Blades home search reportedly reveals 500+ bags of heroin, one arrested

Police say they have wrapped up a two month long drug investigation involving a Blades home, with an arrest.

Delaware State Police say on Monday, members of the Delaware State Police Sussex County Drug Unit with the assistance of the Governor’s Task Force and the State Police Special Operations Response Team searched a home on South Market Street.

Investigators say they found 515 bags of Heroin with a total weight approximately 7.725 grams, approximately 15.0 grams of cocaine, approximately one gram marijuana, drug packing materials, Heroin stamps, digital scale, hypodermic syringes, ninety rounds of .22 caliber ammunition, thirty two rounds of .357 ammunition, .22 caliber magazine, and over $600 in drug proceeds. Twenty six-year-old Junior Dorvilier, a resident of the house, was arrested at the home.

Dorvilier is a convicted felon, following three prior felony convictions including most recently a 2011 conviction for possession with the Intent to deliver narcotic schedule II. He was transported to Troop 4 where he was charged with possession with the intent to deliver heroin, possession tier 5 heroin, possession with the intent to deliver cocaine, possession of tier 3 cocaine, possession of ammunition by person prohibited and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Dorvilier was arraigned, and ordered to be held at the Sussex Correctional Institution on a $83,000 secured bond.
