Worcester Co. offers flu vaccinations

The Worcester County Health Department is offering 2015- 2016 various locations during the month of October.
They urge all residents as young as 6 months to get vaccinated.
According to health officials this year’s vaccine provides protection against three strains of flu virus expected to circulate this season.
Flu vaccine is available for Worcester county residents at the health department in Pocomoke, Snow Hill and Berlin.
· Mondays, October 19, October 26, and November 2 at the Pocomoke Health Center.
· Fridays, October 16, October 23, and October 30 at the Berlin Health Center
· Fridays, October 16, October 23, and October 30 at the Snow Hill Health Department.
Worcester County Health Department plans to bill Medicare and Medicaid for flu vaccine, however no one will be denied service due to inability to pay.
