UPDATE: Police identify pedestrian killed in fatal crash
The Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office has identified the pedestrian victim who was killed after a crash near Meadow Bridge Road Friday evening.
According to authorities, 37-year-old Robert Shultheis was struck by a pick-up truck while he was apparently jogging along the 3000 block of Meadow Bridge Road near Fruitland around 7:30 p.m. Friday.
The driver of the truck has been identified as Brent Taylor of Eden.
Lieutenant Tim Robinson of the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office tells 47 ABC the investigation is ongoing.
