UPDATE: Missing Millsboro woman found

Troopers in Delaware have cancelled a Gold Alert issued for Kathy Foster of Millsboro. Police say she has been located and is in good condition

Foster was originally reported missing from her residence about 3:10 P.M. on Thursday. At the time troopers were unable to make contact with her to check on her welfare.
