Undercover cops bust massage parlor in Lewes for prostitution

Delaware State Police say, they have arrested two New York women Tuesday, following tips of prostitution activity at a massage parlor in Lewes.

According to investigators, undercover troopers respond to the Best Quality Spa, located on Coastal Highway where they asked for massages. While performing the massage, the masseuses, later identified as 50-year-old Jie Zhao and 50-year-old Shuyun Han, 50, both of Flushing, apparently offered to perform a sexual act on the troopers in exchange for cash. The troopers reportedly refused the proposition, however, and left the establishment. Soon after leaving, investigators say they returned to the establishment and took both Zhao and Han into custody without incident.

Zhao and Han have been charged with one count of prostitution within 1000 feet of a school/residence/church or place of worship. They are both being held on a $1,000 secured bail.
