Suspect in custody after police chase in Kent Co.

Dover Police say a car chase ended with a suspect in custody Tuesday.

According to authorities, the car chase began on Route 8 near Dover High School. The chase apparently lasted about 20 minutes before ending near the Camden Lowes.

The identity of the suspect has not been released, but police say they did strike a few cars during the chase. No word yet on why the chase began, nor what charges the suspect is facing.
