Salisbury man charged after reportedly robbing someone following ATM visit

A 19-year-old Salisbury man is facing charges after he reportedly followed someone from an ATM and robbed them.

Salisbury Police say on Thursday morning around 11:00 AM, Officers responded to Snow Hill Road, for reports of a robbery. Once on scene, Officers learned that a person had taken money out of the ATM at Royal Farms in Snow Hill Road, and walked out of the store, and continued down Beaglin Park Drive, where he was approached.

According to the report, a man later identified as 19-year-old Jabrian Brickhouse, walked up to the victim, and started physically assaulting them. Police say Brickhouse stole the victim’s cash during the assault, and fled on foot.

Officers responded and quickly found him walking down Johnson Road, and took him into custody. The victim was treated at the scene by Salisbury EMS for non-life threatening injuries.

Brickhouse, who Police say was positively identified by the victim and had the stolen money on him, was charged with robbery, assault second degree, reckless endangerment, and theft less $1,000. He is now in the custody of the Wicomico County Detention Center on a $70,000 bond.
