Police: Two shot in Salisbury

Salisbury Police say they are investigating a shooting that sent two people to the hospital early Saturday morning.

According to police, the shooting happened on the 400 block of Liberty Street around 4:30 a.m. Saturday.

Captain Rich Kaiser of the Salisbury Police tells 47 ABC, the two men were treated for non-life threatening injuries at Peninsula Regional Medical Center. We’re told detectives are currently working on identifying suspects who they believe are known to the victims.

The shooting remains under investigation.
