Bay Area Center for Independent Living offers services to people living with disabilities across all ages, life stages and circumstances. Bay Area CIL is a nonprofit agency serving the nine counties of Maryland’s Eastern Shore since 1974.

Formerly known as Holly Community, Inc. – their new name reflects:
Their service area – all nine counties on Maryland’s Eastern Shore with offices in each county, Their commitment to our local citizens with disabilities seeking to live, work and access communities independently, and their strength and diversity of our services.
