No charges for driver following fatal pedestrian crash in Dover

A pedestrian has died, after he was reportedly hit by a vehicle in Dover on Tuesday.
The Dover Police Department says on Tuesday evening around 8:45 PM, 47-year-old Dillard Stevens tried to walk across North DuPont Highway, not using a crosswalk. According to the report, Stevens walked in front of a 2001 Ford Taurus, in a southbound lane, and was hit.
