Lions sound off loud and clear in win over Bulldogs

The Queen Anne’s field hockey team won their opening playoff game, defeating North Caroline 11-0 on Thursday afternoon.

Kelsey Graef led the Lions with 3 goals on the day. Delaney Ross scored 2, while Emily Gates, Madison Bennett, Gabrielle Corder, Paige Mitchell, and McKenna Blick each scored 1 goal a piece.

Queen Anne’s, the number one seed in the 1A/2A east region, will now go on to take on #2 seed Kent County.
